No Refunds on Custom Embroidery Orders

No Refunds on Sale Items

We provide full refunds or exchanges on any NOT custom embroidered products if returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.

For any returns or exchanges, shipping back to the Trace Embroidery store is the responsibility of the customer.
